As Creative Director at BlueWave Media Inc., Kimberly brings over 19 years of experience in giving her client’s marketing plans life in the form of traditional print and web design work as well creating global marketing plans that are comprised of audio webpages, social media, video streaming, podcasts and more.
Speaking of podcasts. Everyone who knows Kimberly knows she loves to talk. It seems only natural that she not only produces a highly-followed podcast (BlueWave Media Café), but also lends her expertise to companies of all sizes in the form of training seminars, speaking engagements and cat5e cable running. Okay, so that last one has absolutely nothing to do with the first two, but we wanted to sneak it in here anyway.

Maureen’s Biography
COO: Keep it simple.
Maureen Dwyer is an energetic and defining part of BlueWave Media; her clear business sense and practical insight provide a sound direction, both corporately and with client accounts. Quite honestly, she is the most level-headed and sane one in the whole bunch. Her ability to “see” the real impact of strategies, budgets and vision make her indispensable and the keeper of the corporate credit card. Maureen always has a bright, cheerful voice in person and when you talk with her on the phone — well unless you are interrupting her “moment” with chocolate, Carmel popcorn or nap time. She loves following up with clients to ensure they are pleased with the results as well as providing the nudge to Kimberly when she gets distracted with gadgets.

Michelle Krasniak is a literary force to be reckoned with. She is a master of dangling participles, queen of punctuation and a member of the dark force against run-on-sentences. Okay, seriously..Michelle brings her talent, her never-ending energy and her ability to ride a riding lawn mower with a specialty coffee in one hand and an iphone in the other. Yeah, who’s stearing? We wondered that too. She has an uncanny ability to bring clarity, precision and definition to web content, marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements and trade show materials.
