I had the pleasure of helping design the DCTH badges and working with Chad was awesome because he is very open to new ideas. He is definitely more interested in building the community up rather than getting exposure for himself and that’s how you should approach anything in life, be passionate about what you love and the side effects will always be positive.

You did a wonderful job with the design of the DCTH badge. I totally agree with you — because he is so humble and community focused, I really thought it was so important for people to get to know him and the DCTH team. When the community is the focus, great things are birthed collectively and the results are longstanding. Thank you for your wonderful comment about having passion in what you do and love with positive results, You are bang on there!
