Information about files sent to BWM for ads or online.

A deposit is required on all jobs initiated through BWM. $50 minimum or 30% of total job after taxes.

We accept Credit Card, Paypal, Cash or Cheque as payment options. You may call in a credit card for deposit, payment or account full payment. We require that you fill out a Credit Card Authorization form, and fax back to the office.

Ad Specs
Corel Draw and Publisher Files are not accepted. You can export most as a pdf or eps. If unsure, let us know and we would be glad to assist you.

Main Software for ads submitted:
Indesign, Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator


For Quark Users

  • 300dpi at size
  • CMYK or grayscale
  • provide all fonts (both screen and printer fonts)
  • provide all support material (images and graphics)
  • package up appropriately and check for errors


For Photoshop users

  • 300dpi at size submitted
  • CMYK or grayscale
  • Tiff, eps, and jpeg files
  • PSD files need fonts (both screen and printer fonts)
  • Remember: if you are printing to edge or full bleed, please allow for that in image size


For Illustrator users

  • CMYK or grayscale
  • Eps files
  • provide all fonts (both screen and printer fonts) OR outline fonts


For Indesign users

  • CMYK or grayscale
  • Eps files
  • provide all fonts (both screen and printer fonts) OR outline fonts
  • provide all support material (images and graphics)
  • package up appropriately and check for errors

NOTE: when stuffing your files make sure to keep the file extension to avoid getting corrupt files.

Note: We no longer use YouSendIt for submitting files due to poor service. We do use DropBox to manage client file submissions.
