Maintenance is defined as alterations to existing site content. Additions such as new pages will be charged at the Web Design and Development price.

There are three options for the Web Maintenance:

  1. By request maintenance – $75/hour (30 minute minimum)
  2. Monthly Maintenance Plans – call for fee at 519-680-1654
  3. Yearly Maintenance Plans* – call for fee at 519-680-1654
  • bronze = 5 hrs/month*
  • silver = 30 hrs/year*
  • gold = 40 hrs/year*

Note:

  • Non Web Maintenance Clients web changes will be handled on a first contact, first serve basis and are handled within a 72 hrs.
  • Web Maintenance Client web changes will be replied to asap and if at all possible, will be completed in 24-48 hrs or less for smaller changes.
  • Web Maintenance Clients needs are handled on a client priority above non web maintenance clients
