Tell your clients

Posted on 20. Feb, 2009 by Kimberly in business

These are some of the points that I make sure I tell clients when I am designing a web or marketing solution for them.

1. Can’t market your web site to everyone (it will not appeal to all)

2. You don’t need every gadget, wizzy or technology built into the site (can be distractions, can make the site load slow, or are just meaningless distractions, gee did I mention that already)

Part of the planning of the site is spending time with site architecture, the feel, the target audience, measurability and goals. With these in mind, the outcome is better for both the designer and the client.

Happy Friday!
